Bio Randy was born in Neu Ulm, Germany. He lived in a German orphanage for two years before being adopted by an American military family. His family lived in a small rural community of southwest Minnesota where Randy attended twelve years of school at Chandler High. He grew up on a horse ranch helping his father train and show quarter horses. Together they traveled around the country.

After high school he attended Southwest State University majoring in Speech & Communications Radio & TV Production. He was then hired by North Central Airline as a flight attendant, and served for twenty years. During that season of his life he was experiencing loneliness and searching for meaning to life when in a motel he came upon a Billy Graham message on television. That night God opened his spiritual eyes to see His reality. In 1982 he met his wife, Becky, while attending an airline party. They have an adopted son Matthew. The Beach’s moved to New Richmond in 1985 where they owned and operated an animal shelter Critter Country Kennel for 17 years. Randy retired from the airline and was employed with J-Mar Builders for twelve years. In 2005 they opened Beach’s Steak House Restaurant which closed December, 2010. Randy had the privilege of being a part of the Faith Community Launch Team. He has served in various ministries over the years spending most of his time serving at the information table which was a very rewarding experience. Randy states: “I believe God has blessed me with the spiritual gifts of mercy, shepherding and teaching. I trusted God’s call to serve our faith family as an elder and have grown so much during my years of service. I am a good listener and love to give encouragement. We have so much to look forward to when we will be seeing our Lord Jesus face–to-face. Peace be with you always.”
